The Maternal and Child Health Centre provides a very good service overall. The main downside is that the parking area is a bit confusing to find, especially if you’re visiting for the first time. Once inside, the appointment itself went very well. The officer who conducted the baby’s check-ups was extremely kind, patient, and gentle, and handled everything with great care and professionalism. Had my daughters 18 month checkup appointment with Amy, she was wonderful and friendly and was so good with keeping my daughter happy during the appointment.
Appalling attitude by the staff there. Our appointment at 9 AM was moved to another centre at 8:10 AM. No phone calls at all and there was a message which we only could see after reaching this place. We had 15 mins to make it to the other centre. Instead of empathising and guiding us, she was very very rude. They are supposed to support and help us. Don't expect such people to offer a good service. Extremely disappointed.
