My husband is a bilateral amputee so a wheelchair is a daily necessity. We bought a Hawk wheelchair in November. Within 10 days, one of the brakes had broke. The distributor tried to fix the brake with another kind but it never held. Also, the seat is already tearing. Went on vacation in December and had some bolts come out and had to buy tools to fix it. I called for information regarding filters for my oxygen concentrator. Jeff went above and beyond assisting me. He helped me identify what I needed and sent pictures to aid me in identification. Thank you Jeff
Very frustrating experience. Ordered from this company through a rep who was told by Sandy hospital bed would be delivered for my father last night or at latest this morning. Now finding out Sandy and her driver pushed back delivery until Monday. My father was released after a motorcycle accident and needed the bed last night. I had planned on the bed latest this morning. They are refusing to deliver the bed before then so my father will have to suffer without a proper bed due to their errors.
