The doctor is knowledgeable, influential and sincere. I appreciate every interaction with her office.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Mackay. She has been amazing, not only has she gotten my health back up to par. She took the time out of her Holiday to call in meds for me while I was deathly sick during Thanksgiving Holiday. She is an incredible Dr. very sincere, straight forward and no matter when I text she answers. Failure to pass medical records to new doctor. Ordered me out of her office and after I asked for medical records to be passed on to Kaiser
I will change this review If my situation can be resolved however I was signed up for this and never used it 1 time! They said they could do in person visits upon signing up, but when I tried was told online only. I've paid hundreds of Dollars, and never used this once. On September 25th I changed cards. The payment declined that I didn't even know I was getting. I was advised my account would be suspended. Fast forward 3 Months I see they found out my new card or charged my bank directly.
