Dalton McKay has been my primary physician. I’m gonna say for almost 2 years. She is amazing.. whenever I have a request .. it is so convenient. I do it via text through her text line and I always get a response back within the same day sometimes even within the hour. I am the healthiest I’ve ever been and it’s nice to have a doctor that treats you like a human versus a number..
Dr. Mackay uses a business model called “Direct Primary Care”. The patient pays a monthly fee to cover primary care visits. This system means she can provide an incredible patient experience unlike any traditional doctor. She greets me for in person visits. I can text her or the nurse with questions or medication refills. I cannot say enough about Dr. Mackay. She has been amazing, not only has she gotten my health back up to par. She took the time out of her Holiday to call in meds for me while I was deathly sick during Thanksgiving Holiday. She is an incredible Dr. very sincere, straight forward and no matter when I text she answers.
