This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I ordered a studio bike from a big box retailer. I was called to a week prior to schedule delivery. The person on the phone confirmed a date and told me I would be contacted 24 hours prior to delivery to receive a four hour window. Four days prior I was left a voicemail letting me know delivery would be scheduled between 8:00-12:00 and to please call and confirm. I called three times with no answer. This is the worst freight company I have ever experienced. I ordered furniture from a vendor in Texas, it took 2 weeks for it to arrive to Dalton Logistics warehouse and its sat there for 2 weeks with no word to me in regards to it being there, until I called and complained, even then they still took a week to make arrangements for a day to deliver it and flat refuse to understand that my husband is only able to be here at a certain time. With as much chaos as they have caused use they could at least try and make things righ... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful, unprofessional company I have ever been with. No showed 3x then lied the last time saying they attempted to deliver and we were not home. I have spent 13 hours this week waiting on furniture from Bassett. To spend thousands on quality furniture and then to have this experience is awful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
