Damaged my home and hiding behind anonymity. Driver drew my attention to the damage, admitted and promised it would be fixed. Only to have the company bide their time until my ring footage expired (friendly reminder to anyone to download those events). I made the mistake of trusting someone’s word, and after their “investigation” which at no time included gathering a statement from me, they decided they aren’t liable and had the nerve to suggest I “demanded” the driver take photos of preexisting damage. Absolutely a horrible unresponsive company. Does not answer or respond to voice mail..0 stars
Does any live person actually work here? I called them at least 10 times in the last week and have only been able to leave messages and have yet to have a return phone call. I have an order that has been sitting in their warehouse for a week and would love to hear when it is scheduled to be delivered...or even if it is actually in the warehouse. I hate to leave a neg review, but maybe someone will finally reach out from DaltonLogistics?

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I ordered a studio bike from a big box retailer. I was called to a week prior to schedule delivery. The person on the phone confirmed a date and told me I would be contacted 24 hours prior to delivery to receive a four hour window. Four days prior I was left a voicemail letting me know delivery would be scheduled between 8:00-12:00 and to please call and confirm. I called three times with no answer.
