Does any live person actually work here? I called them at least 10 times in the last week and have only been able to leave messages and have yet to have a return phone call. I have an order that has been sitting in their warehouse for a week and would love to hear when it is scheduled to be delivered...or even if it is actually in the warehouse. I hate to leave a neg review, but maybe someone will finally reach out from DaltonLogistics?

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I ordered a studio bike from a big box retailer. I was called to a week prior to schedule delivery. The person on the phone confirmed a date and told me I would be contacted 24 hours prior to delivery to receive a four hour window. Four days prior I was left a voicemail letting me know delivery would be scheduled between 8:00-12:00 and to please call and confirm. I called three times with no answer. This is the worst freight company I have ever experienced. I ordered furniture from a vendor in Texas, it took 2 weeks for it to arrive to Dalton Logistics warehouse and its sat there for 2 weeks with no word to me in regards to it being there, until I called and complained, even then they still took a week to make arrangements for a day to deliver it and flat refuse to understand that my husband is only able to be here at a certain time.
