We ordered a cylinder from Dalton and after waiting and waiting I finally looked up the tracking to see where it was. UPS claimed it was damaged during shipping. UPS never contacted them and let them know. They sent me out a new cylinder and we had it within 2 days. We are super happy. Thank you Dalton hydraulics!
