Called mid afternoon on Friday. Electrician responded within 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable and diagnosed problem very quickly. Ground fault breaker reset without any action. Solution reached without any action. Minimal charge and assurance that if problem returns that he would return. Very professional, congenial gentleman whom I will call on again.
A tree fell on my power line and bent the mass over on a Sunday. Mike came over checked it out and made sure it was OK to run until we could schedule a time with the city to cut the power. Fixed by lunch on Tuesday. Professional and polite.
