This clinic and staff is the best. But especially Dr Ramsden. He talks you through very clearly and calms any fears and nerves I had. I never been so calm whilst seeing the dentist. Very experienced and one of the best for sure
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Dalton Dental Care. When I called to confirm my appointment, the receptionist didn't even bother to take my name at first. As a registered patient, I expected better treatment. She eventually realized I was a patient, only to tell me that due to someone else mishearing my number and writing it down incorrectly, my appointment was not confirmed and they said I missed it. Reception staff always pleasant and helpful. The dentist I use is great always explains makes me feel at ease , great practice
