Bought my Dalton home and I'm very happy with it so far. Communicating with them is always easy, they are responsive, honor their warranty expeditiously, and they have excellent representatives out in the field. I've worked with both Victoria and with Joe, project managers/supervisors, and they have both been wonderful. Good job hiring these great people and for building a wonderful home.

Mr Dalton was a fair company owner and on top of this we were very lucky to deal with Joe as the project manager for our property he was always available to answer question or meet with us for any issues or concerns we had. Even almost a year after we moved in he is still helping us on any issues we have. We really appreciate his unconditional dedication which gives us a peace of mind! Thank you Joe and Dalton Corporation, we are really enjoying the house.

Dalton was very responsive with me throughout the entire build. I was able to get weekly updates which was amazing and the managers were very helpful with any questions I had

I had the unique opportunity to work with Joe and Rick for a build in North Port and they were easy to communicate with and helped me through the whole process. They are very knowledgeable about the bylaws and really listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the results.
