Tire tech came out and replaced tire on my tanker truck. Didn’t torque lug nuts. Asked him to torque he didn’t have torque wrench tools with him. Left without torquing. Had to wait for them to return
Was quoted tires &1155 and ended up 1356 without calling me to know it was going to be higher after they were installed. Not good business
