Very professional and divine catering company. On time, canapes were delightful, and charcuterie board was the best I've had. Would recommend and order again, thank you Dalton Catering!
We had a 60th birthday at home and went with the Canapés and 1 substantial dish. From the short notice period we gave them , the communication was handled expertly and menu designed quickly. Numbers were adjusted and the few dietary issues we had were dealt with. They turned up a little early and had the kitchen sorted out straight away. After service it was cleaned up properly. Jerome and his team created an amazing atmosphere at a recent party at The Black Brisbane. The Fire Dome was a hit both in theatrics and as a flavoursome feast! Thanks Guys.
