Newer again in my life.. Pick up time is in slow motion , and I come for pickup two times after receiving the "your order is ready for pickup " message, and still nothing to pick up at the warehouse.... No, no, never.
Customer service is nonexistent. I have an issue with my slab; corporate told me to reach out to my local stone center for assistance and gave me this one's email address. My inquiry has gone unacknowledged for 7 weeks now. I messaged corporate again to find out if there was an alternative solution. Their response? "Please reach out to your local stone center for the requested information." I do not recommend unless you enjoy the runaround.
We are doing a kitchen remodel and drove over an hour to pick out our granite slab. We are so thankful for Mark who pre-picked for us, and for the time Richie took at our appointment to make sure we understood the process. Just awesome customer service all around! We are so impressed!! This is one of the most important part of our remodel, and to have a team for the behind the scenes portion is so reassuring!
They close earlier than what's states online
Just lost my business today. I did not have an “ appointment “ but the store was not swarming with ppl. The second guy I was passed off to could use a serious dose of customer service. So condescending…
