I have been using Daltole for many many years love the showroom the staff and the customer service the ladies back there are incredible they are so helpful it is an awesome showroom
Unhelpful!! Representatives would not leave behind desk both times we visited. Every other tile place we have been to were very helpful.
Good selection of both tile and slabs, but not too overwhelming with the amount of options. The staff was wonderful especially Dan helping us pick out 2 slabs
Newer again in my life.. Pick up time is in slow motion , and I come for pickup two times after receiving the "your order is ready for pickup " message, and still nothing to pick up at the warehouse.... No, no, never.
Customer service is nonexistent. I have an issue with my slab; corporate told me to reach out to my local stone center for assistance and gave me this one's email address. My inquiry has gone unacknowledged for 7 weeks now. I messaged corporate again to find out if there was an alternative solution. Their response? "Please reach out to your local stone center for the requested information." I do not recommend unless you enjoy the runaround.
