We had the best experience today at Daltile! Caleb Flanagan went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pieces for our project. Bummer. Struggling to be a working homeowner, and get to a store across town that closes at 4:30. Maybe I'll drive an hour each way on the weekend to see it? Ive seen "the same" tile at two flooring chain-stores, but the pale brownish-beige color which I loved at the first was significantly different yellow-y at the second... not just "variation" and not a labeling error... hoped to get to "the source store" to view product they are proud of, assuming they'd be most accurate. Bummer.

How nice to have the opportunity to see tiles on display and the opportunity to pull out samples to check colors/shading. Erin King was incredibly patient and helpful to us as we are working through tile combinations for several bathrooms. She offered alternatives, ideas, pricing checks and followup email with our top selections with style codes. And we were able to take home samples which is a HUGE service to customers making decisions. THANK YOU!
