Just stood in the lobby for almost 10 mins and nobody was in there to help .. I even called the number and hoped someone would come out and it rang while I was in the lobby.. I know they close soon but it doesn’t take long to walk these slab rooms..
Zero customer service. Don’t even bother going to the showroom.
Had to use Daltile with because that's who the builder required. Even though their selection was much smaller than other tile places, we had a great tile expert, Ali, and we were happy with our selections. Second time we were asked to use Dal Tile we had a woman named Kristen. She was rude from the minute we walked into the showroom. She should not be in customer service.
