Staff were pleasant, eloquent, offered excellent customer service. Easy to talk to and asked questions, offered good suggestions and made us comfortable and and gave us more and better incite about our choice of granites. Had Excellent experience. Office and factory were very clean with good spaces in between to move around. Gave us.a bird's eye view of the product as well. Good job!
