We found the staff to be very helpful and responsive. We also felt the quality of the available tile far exceeded others we had seen and we're researching and was a reasonable price. The smaller setting made us feel like we received more individualized attention to our questions and what we had in mind considering our project. All in all we were very satisfied with our experience.
Had a wonderful experience here today and excited to have our installer use Daltile for our kitchen! Chris was so helpful with options and a kind lady watched my girls while I went back to look at slabs!
Daltile offers so many options and Paul provided excellent assistance. We found exactly what we hoped for at an affordable price. Will definitely return for future projects and refer others.
I wasn’t even picking anything, I came to buy In stock tile and instead just Horrible customer service, Rude front desk person.. I can go to many places to get tile, some businesses act like they’re the only place that have the products, and they are one of them, never coming back
Very rude. Especially the receptionist person. Would not shop here again.
