It's really hit or miss here as far as helpfulness goes. I've had outstanding help in the past as well as the opposite. Today was the opposite. I left a phone message inquiring about a tile I saw online. After 2 hours of waiting for a reply, I went over there. There were no customers. Nicole is so helpful, first to give me great color options, assist with getting samples, and then on an ordering issue. I can’t thank her enough for her support!
We found the staff to be very helpful and responsive. We also felt the quality of the available tile far exceeded others we had seen and we're researching and was a reasonable price. The smaller setting made us feel like we received more individualized attention to our questions and what we had in mind considering our project. All in all we were very satisfied with our experience.
Had a wonderful experience here today and excited to have our installer use Daltile for our kitchen! Chris was so helpful with options and a kind lady watched my girls while I went back to look at slabs!
