As a contractor I hate coming . here the guys in the back make you feel like you're bothering them.
Alexa and Jordan were wonderful to work with for a bathroom remodel. From tile suggestions and offering samples to arranging from another Ohio sales service center to acquire the tile that was selected, Alex and Jordan showed their commitment to customer service. The bathroom looks marvelous and the tile choice is perfect. Thank You!
Both individuals that work here are completely unruly. Didn't want to help. Half the box of tiles where broken and the gentleman at the desk said he didn't care and fyck you to me. Very unprofessional. Wont be going back. Hope other customers dont as well.
