5 star because i love the tile I got for my projects 1 star for their crappy no-return policy. Averages out to a 3 star overall. So, eh. whatever.
Amazing customer service! I needed a few grout samples and many tile stores only offer the paper samples but dal tile hooked it up with the good stuff (color charts).
Everyone at the Escondido store is super helpful including Jeff who helped me the last couple of times. my contractor sends me in to pick some thing up and they help me figure it out. Thank you guys.
