A lot of samples to look at in person, but they do not sell to the public. But, if you want to pick out something for your contractor to use...you can! Friendly & VERY helpful staff.
Ms. Jones was amazing! She had great ideas and excellent knowledge. No way I would go anywhere else after this.
Very bad customer service. I have used other tile companies and never have a problem. Its always Dal-Tile that I have to wait days and weeks to get an answer from them. I wish they were more organized.
