Steve really helped me out when I was in a bind. I had an order that wasn’t going to arrive in time and another store told me there was nothing that could be done. Steve took the time to talk it through with me and checked different options until he found a way to make it work. He didn’t have to help me since it wasn’t even his territory, but he did anyway.
