I was in the middle of a home renovation and couldn't find the grout I needed anywhere in DFW, but Fatima at Daltile went above and beyond to help me not only find the grout I needed but also to coordinate a way for me to have it in hand by the next day. I am incredibly grateful and cannot say enough good things about this place!
You have to sign in on an iPad before they will show you anything. This involves providing your name, address, phone, email, reason for visit - all of which is mandatory. After all that they won't quote you any prices; they only quote prices to fabricators. What kind of place collects all your personal info and then won't give you the price of anything?
want you to be careful with the company Daltile. As someone working in construction, I can tell you this place is the worst. I asked them to check if the tile I needed was available at other stores, but without even checking, they told me that the tile wasn’t available anywhere. I didn’t want to deal with them anymore, so I went to the Daltile in Carrollton—and they did have the tile I was looking for. It seems like Daltile as a company has poor internal communication.
