Kathleen was so helpful and friendly! She listened to my ideas and put together some beautiful tile selections. They have lovely selections that you won't find at your big box stores! Even though I ended up not purchasing here due to insurance cost restraints, she made me feel welcomed and heard; but not pressured. Great experience!
