I sincerely urge you—are you thinking about using Daltile? I strongly advise against it. I highly recommend going to Floor & Decor instead. Daltile made me waste my time, and even though the product I needed was available at another location, they didn’t make any effort to inform me properly. The locations I visited—Plano and Fort Worth—made me feel uncomfortable, and I will never do business with them again. It's no fun when your website says close time 4:30 and your doors are locked at 4:00, with sign on the door says you close at 4:00. Waste of my time. Update your website. Hours
Kathleen Oliver and her team members are outstanding. She quickly directed us to tile that would work best for our project including helping to work out tile installation design. We left with samples and a clear plan for our project.

I went to pick up samples for a project in Frisco, the lady was very helpful, and provided colors and shades and styles of tile, beyond the 6 samples that we requested.
