We, the home owners decide on what products get used on the house. So the show rooms should bend over backwards to help the people deciding what you use. they could give us the retail price cost and tell customers that their contractors can get it at a different price. But daltile should help the people deciding what is being used. so, when i went in, i was asked if i was a contractor. i said no, all went downhill from there. Kathleen was so helpful and friendly! She listened to my ideas and put together some beautiful tile selections. They have lovely selections that you won't find at your big box stores! Even though I ended up not purchasing here due to insurance cost restraints, she made me feel welcomed and heard; but not pressured. Great experience!
