You guys should close the store itself. Waited five minutes to get person come outside to attend or instruct what to do…..instead keep ignoring…..better close the store front and go in big corp office setup if doesn’t want to serve clients

My husband and I arrived on a Friday with no appointment, not realizing we needed one (it was posted on the front door). We had already taken the day off of work to come and the hours are limited (close at 4:30 and limited hours on Saturday) so we went in.
