The gentleman at the front desk is nice; the ma’am that works the desk is a bit snappy and rude. We purchased approx $2k in tile, we returned a few boxes and were advised contradicting information. We called and told we could return with a $30 dollar stocking fee. Upon arrival, the lady seemed perturbed that we were returning and told my wife it was not allowed.
