Bad Customer Service My order came in short and they were unwilling to expedite the remainder of my tile due to shipping costs. Then, the timeframe they told me for getting the rest of it was six weeks shorter (so far) than the actual delivery time. It's been over three months since my initial ordre and I don't have all of the tile. I would highly discourage use of Daltile.
