Found this place a few years back. We chose a tile backsplash for our kitchen. Not familiar with tile trades here the owner recommended a craftsman who we contacted - this gentleman had worked on his house. Beautiful installation - Getting ready to contact Daltile once more
It is difficult to get assistance. We walked in as the only sales associate was walking out. She said we would need to go to the contractor side for assistance. We looked around awhile, then left and bought tile elsewhere.
I was looking for bathroom floor tile for my client. Samantha was very patient and super helpful. She helped me find the perfect tile.
Walked in and out. Person at the desk never asked to help us. Very poor customer service.
