Friendly staff. Knowledgeable and helpful.
Amy was very helpful in picking out my tiles, getting samples, figuring out specs, etc. There was a significant problem with my order which caused frustration and anxiety, but Daltile owned the issue and made good, rushing replacements and heavily discounting my order so that it was within the original budget. Yes, it would have been better if the mistake hadn't happened, but their response to the problem was A+. I'm very pleased with the result.
Amy was patient and assisted me during each step of the process. She assisted in many trips to the showroom, tile samples, and helping give me direction on design and educating me on what’s possible. Her level of service she provided is something most business lack these days. Definitely will be going back to work with her for our next project.
