My review is based solely on my experience at the Philips Hwy Jacksonville location and nothing to do with their products. Their website says this is a showroom and is open on Saturdays. The little paper sign on the door says open Saturdays by appointment only for whole house design. If you call the number it says to call back during business hours which it doesn't state and you cannot leave a message. Strike 1. I went back on Monday.
