Order supposed to be ready at will call. I'm still waiting in the parking lot. They struggle to fulfill Order of 3 small boxes.
Had to come leave a review (for Isaac!!) as I love sharing amazing customer service, which can sadly feel so rare these days.. Isaac was such a pleasure to work with, he was so thoughtful and insightful on top of being a total tile expert! He led me to exactly what I was looking for and then some..truly went above and beyond to help me and completely exceeded my expectations of the help I might receive on coming in! Thanks a million Isaac!!

Be careful because they can delay your who project. I placed my order and payed for it 3 days ahead of there Friday shipment day. no one knew I payed and never ordered my tile. my project is now delayed a whole week because this company can't communicate
