Paid (a lot) for estate paperwork that I later was told was done partly incorrectly and was incomplete, so wasn't accepted when submitted to the government center. Made an appointment to have it corrected and completed, which took, at most, 5 minutes. Got an invoice mailed to me for a full hour, so I called (had to leave a message) to discuss that I'd already paid earlier when I thought everything was done properly.
