Clean environment, great staffs, A+ service especially front office. Amazing Doctor, show empathy, they greet you with warm smile and make you feel comfortable. One of the best hygienist you can find in the area, thorough and knows what she is doing. I have been coming here for years now.
Asking me for $1000, AFTER my Insurance Coverage, is ridiculous for a Deep Cleaning. I turned it down and walked out. I found same cleaning for MUCH less at other dentists. You lost me as a long-term New Customer.
They charged $32 for a service that was free, panoramic x-rays and when I requested the money back, the answer was I had to wait until they called me because that is handling for another department. I asked how many days I need to wait and there was not an answer. Also, when I received the estimate for future service, they did the same thing, they charged for 4 things that were free, $60 for things that were $45.
