Ruby was rude and had extremely poor bedside manner! Didn’t even introduce herself when she walked in the room…so I didn’t know who she was…just told me to open my mouth snd started poking around. She stuck my tongue and when I told her about it, she said nothing. When I asked her questions, she never faced or looked at me, although I was attempting to look her in her face. No procedure was done. Tatiana, however, was very kind! I will NEVER return to this place.
Came here years ago and the service was great. As of recently I have tried numerous times to set an appointment. It seems the calls for new appointments to go a call center of some sort and there was always a disconnect between them and the main office. I was constantly told by the call center that there was no longer a profile for me as my last appt was 3 yrs ago but yet if they’d transfer me to the office I would be told the profile was still there.
