Extremely disappointed with Dalrock Dental. The customer service has been horrible — every time I come in, the staff has changed, which makes things feel very inconsistent and unprofessional. It’s frustrating dealing with so much turnover, and the lack of stability really shows in how patients are treated. There’s no sense of continuity or reliability, and it feels like they don’t value their patients’ time or trust. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for dependable dental office.
Great experience ! They were able to get me in sooner as requested . The whole crew made me feel at home . Dr has a humor to him in which he knew how to be serious when it came to talking about my maintenance but then to ease the environment he would pull out some dad jokes . Hygienist took my pain levels into consideration and talked me through the whole process . Very knowledgeable and communicative and I didn’t feel rushed , definitely calling this place my go to for a dental needs .
