Went to the dentist here for help was in so much pain, had to get a root pulled out they were brilliant so nice helpful and didn't feel a thing really happy with the help I got thank you 👍
Doesn't even deserve a star with the way I was spoken too tonight, I am disgusted with being told while crying on the phone "its 10pm at night what you want us to do" and apparently she couldn't get a word in edge wise with me being upset and questioning why I am crying, sorry that I went through a window and torn my skin off my arm and looking for supposed professional advice with my arm being infected & wanted help, god forbid! I made a call to Dalriada at 7:30am and was called back at 7:31am. Photos sent via watsapp so the doctor could see my infected excema and an antibiotic was issued to be collected at my local pharmacy at 9am opening time. The receptionist who took my call and the gp I spoke with were both very helpful.
Such lovely people made me feel so comfortable and reassured we throw out getting my tooth removed.
Cannot say enough about this dental service. I was in total agony for 4 days before and ended up needing a root canal ( which my own dentist failed to spot!). I suffer from panics and was made to feel totally relaxed. It was totally painless and the staff were amazing!. I'd have no worries going back if I needed too. Thank you. 5/5
