Palming off patients, no triage - Sending everyone up to A&E sitting in A&E now 5hr wait and lots of people coming in saying "Dalriada sent me here " This is why our health service is broken.

You’d be better off dying than trying to get help from these idiots. Your team at Dalriada out of hous and Belfast out of hours had absolutely no clue what was happening. So Initially phoned Belfast out of hours yesterday at 12pm due to a literal blood clot that I needed checked out. Hours upon hours went passed so I phoned again- turns out the woman on the phone took down the wrong number for the doc to phone me back, and the new agent then told me that I phoned the “wrong area” and I had to phone Dalriada to get help. UPDATE: went to Antrim ED and seen to IMMEDIATELY in front of people who had been there 12-13 hours they said, seemingly because I have an infection. Given letter for time off work and antibiotics because of urgent nature of injury. **** Shambles. Just been called back by the ‘nurse.’ Told her I had three stitches two Saturdays ago, two or three of which have come loose and it’s obviously not healed and currently gaping open and looks infected and is very sore. Out of hours GP Jordan was extremely helpful when I rang due to a UTI. No faff or making the experience more difficult than it needed to be. Efficient and helpful trying to solve the problem. Excellent GP with an excellent way of assessing and treating patients. 5*
