Had my door installed 6 years ago. When I encountered an issue that needed attention, the technician arrived quickly and made the repair. Tristan was polite and efficient. Good to see a company that honours it's warranty.
In the past year we purchased a Dorplex door. From the moment we entered the showroom until the final installation we were met with attentive and professional service. While we had a couple of installation glitches, the sales and service representatives, especially Tristan, went over and above to ensure our complete satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
I had an issue with a window crank that disconnected. Dalmen Windows sent Tristan, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue quickly and re-adjusted the window so it won't happen again, he explained everything clearly. 2nd owner of '09 home. Windows all Dalmen. Dealing with them since buying in '18. Windows they sourced at the time of building were prone to failure around the 10 year mark. They admit the issue with the manufacturer but take no liability. Warranty ends at 10 yrs. Slowly pay to replace all windows over the last years. 3 different glass replacement orders total since '20.
