We had used Dalmen 2021/22 (and 2 other families) from a custom builder recommendation. Harrowing experience from beginning. Legal intervention and they still refuse to make things right. We still have unfinished installed windows a year later. If you are dealing with Chris@Dalmen Pro, save your frustration and go elsewhere or budget an extra 30% for legal. This company has phenomenal customer services... very informal, helpful and responsive which is hard to find. I recently was at the home show and was looking a new door as mine makes weird noises and a great employee named Brody helped me find a perfect one. We had all of our windows replaced as well as front and back doors. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From sales, install and follow-up, everything was great! The installation team (Abu, Mikey and Alex) were top-notch, very polite, respectful, and amazing at their job! I would not hesitate to recommend this company, if you want it done right - call these guys.
