2nd owner of '09 home. Windows all Dalmen. Dealing with them since buying in '18. Windows they sourced at the time of building were prone to failure around the 10 year mark. They admit the issue with the manufacturer but take no liability. Warranty ends at 10 yrs. Slowly pay to replace all windows over the last years. 3 different glass replacement orders total since '20. Always issues. Don't return customer calls/emails. Deadlines never met. Take the wrong measurements, even measuring a pentagon as a rectangle. Produce incor... read more
We were highly satisfied with our experience with Dalmen Pro. From the start, Britt Moore provided outstanding service—he was responsive, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we needed. Eric, who handled our window installation, was just as impressive. He went above and beyond to solve some aesthetic challenges in our unique kitchen setup, and the final result looks fantastic. Both Britt and Eric were incredibly client-focused and service-oriented throughout the process, including during the bumps and h... read more
Our new build in 2010 was in Findlay Creek with Tartan homes and the builder used Dalmen for windows. Dalmen knowingly used defective panes that they warrantied up until the 10 year mark but refused to change all windows knowing they were not good products. The defect was that the windows had a gas leak between panes that allows moisture laden air to enter. They also look terrible. At the time, I argued that it would be a matter of time before all other windows they did not replace in the 10 year warranty window period wo... read more
We had used Dalmen 2021/22 (and 2 other families) from a custom builder recommendation. Harrowing experience from beginning. Legal intervention and they still refuse to make things right. We still have unfinished installed windows a year later. If you are dealing with Chris@Dalmen Pro, save your frustration and go elsewhere or budget an extra 30% for legal. Email me for details if you need more! We have opened a case with CBC/Marketplace.
An additional comment to my review: apparently Dalmen Pro Windows and Doors does not actually manufacture the windows. Dalmen Windows and Doors is the manufacturer and that is the company that manufactured our windows when we built our home. Confusing? Yes, it sure is. But if Dalmen Pro Windows and Doors installs these window products (see photo below) then buyer beware. Many of our windows have broken seals and they look really really terrible.
Dalmen Pro Windows and Doors has a 4.3 star rating with 68 reviews.
