We recently had all of our windows and doors replaced by Dalmen Pro Windows & Doors, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Britt was great from the very beginning. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions (and there were a lot!), and never once made me feel like I was bothering him. Our company (ICF Custom Home Builder) have developed a strong working relationship with Dalmen Pro (Britt) and more importantly our clients are always 100% satisfied with both the product quality and the professional installation. Their level of customer service is without reproach as is their windows and doors options.

In the past year we purchased a Dorplex door. From the moment we entered the showroom until the final installation we were met with attentive and professional service. While we had a couple of installation glitches, the sales and service representatives, especially Tristan, went over and above to ensure our complete satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
Had my door installed 6 years ago. When I encountered an issue that needed attention, the technician arrived quickly and made the repair. Tristan was polite and efficient. Good to see a company that honours it's warranty.
