DO NOT USE. I called with a simple ask to review some rust on my rear quarter panel. The car is new'ish to me and was told that VW has a 7-year corrosion protection. The person at the service department would not answer me on how to get warranty or service on the vehicle and instead said to go back to where I bought it. We haven't had the vehicle serviced yet, but I know one place where I will not be going...Dalmar. I will take my business elsewhere, and I be sure to do that with the new VW's I buy too.
