Extremely rude service technician. I didn’t get his name, unfortunately. I took my vehicle in to have an engine code serviced, which ended up being an oil leak. Two days after having it repaired , the engine light reappeared. I called to make another appointment and asked why a relatively newer vehicle would have an oil leak ( 4 years old and regularly maintained) , where I corrected and told “ It’s NOT a new vehicle , it’s just new to you” which is besides the point, a vehicle of this age should NOT be leaking oil. Was only looking to test drive a 26 Tiguan to get a feel for the new engine. I still had a few other vehicles I wanted to test out. Tom helped us, and yadda yadda yadda, we purchased it that day!
