Great service by Philip Faupel, Highly recommend
The car I bought less than a year ago at Dalmar Motors VW has issues and I have been taking it in to the service department constantly to have it looked at. I have had terrible service and a huge repair bill recently from them. I have escalated my concerns to management but have yet to even receive a reply about my experience. Don't expect a reliable car or good service from here.
I recently purchased a 2026 VW Taos and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Quinton was absolutely top notch! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle.
