Customer Unfriendly The manager of this place was very rude. Do not interrupt her or ask too many questions or you will get get "told." I liked the apartment and would have been interested in filling out the 15 page application but she was so rude I could not get past her attitude. The apartment I viewed looked nice, spacious, and clean but that manager was something else. The apartment building also had an off odor like burnt Asian food too.
WPL Apartments are awesome These apartments rock! WPL apartment building is hip. Heat is included and that greatly helped my budget.
Best apartment owners in Berlin Great clean apartments. Good active management and easy application. Only 4 page application. They include Free WIFI Internet in all their buildings. They also allow pets with a non-refundable deposit. I love my apartment.
