Professional experience. Even though I had a minor problem I was treated with courtesy and respect.
I was a little nervous with this appointment as I hadn't seen a ENT before. He was very nice. Explained things thoroughly and his solution seems to be working for my runny nose already. :)
He explained things very thoroughly! When he asked if I had any questions, I didn’t have any because he had covered everything! I felt at ease!
