I recently moved out of state and I'm so sad I can't see Jossette anymore! She's amazing at what she does and I haven't found anyone who even comes close since leaving Dallas. She's so sweet and takes her time to do everything perfectly - you can tell she truly takes pride in what she does and cares about her clients. If you're in Dallas, seriously just book with her (brow lamination and lash lifts). You won't regret it! And if I'm ever back in town, I'm booking with her immediately.

Wow what a disappointment. Truly the worst experience i’ve ever had. Not only was she extremely rude, she was texting the entire time, which made her go over time. I told her I needed to leave at 2:30pm (2 hours after my appointment started). She did not honor that and I literally had to get up and leave. She charged me a late fee of $30.. But why if she herself was late?!? Completely awful job too - not what I asked for at all. I cant even believe the reviews of this place - they must be fake.
Got me in for a same day appointment and rescued my brows before a trip!! Jossette is the best!
Overall, a disappointing and uncomfortable experience with this studio. Payton, a junior stylist, performed my service while reading from a script the entire time, frequently texting mid-conversation, and constantly pushing product purchases, which felt unprofessional and odd. The results were very minimal compared to other lash lifts I’ve had.
