They were very helpful and friendly. Other shops told me I needed a new rim and I couldn't get anything sane day. They repaired it and got it done in just a few hours. Highly recommend.
Price is good but their honesty is not. They shredded my run flat tire getting it off the rim and then tried to say it was my fault saying I drove on it with too little air which I never did. They then told me they won’t remount it and that I had to go buy a new one. Tried to tell me I was wrong when clearly they damaged it I used to work in a car dealership and changed tires. Not too honest of people if you ask me. Good price though I guess.
Excellent service, honest. I had many cracks in my rim, where another company took 500 from me, didn’t fix it left me with a non-matching rim. Dallas Wheel Repair fixed my rim for half the cost and showed me the rim before I left. Highly recommend.
Quoted price over the phone , wasn’t held to that price once I showed up ends up in an argument with what I assume is the “head lady” she is extremely disrespectful and no regard for a business mindset speaking over people and not being professional . I was under the impression that I would be in good hands but I’m extremely disappointed with my service — side note if you want wheels fixed for a half decent price and good quality work without hassle and someone who is professional with there business there visit Rimspec
This place was a lifesaver for my son! He bent his rim and needed to get back to college, we were having no luck finding his rim and this place came through! The lady was able to get us in a d the rim fixed within 2 hrs! Definitely recommend
