We were 5 minutes away from there shop. Our truck broke down. They said it will take them 2 hours to get to us due to road conditions. Even if you’re driving 20 mph it doesn’t take 2 hours to drive 3 miles. They run a scheme and take advantage of trucking companies when ever there is a snow storm. One technician came out and was by our truck for 40 minutes. He was not able to do anything. They charged us $380 for having to come out 3 miles and pretending it takes 2 hours to get to the spot.
