EarlySaturday morning, we calledDallas truck service to replace the airbag on our trailer because we are at the receiver, and we can'tslide thetandems due to the air leak. We spoke 3 times to confirm all the details. They confirmed that they can do it and gave the price $150 service call and a minimum of 2 hrs charge, which is $95 an hour, which is fair enough. We were 5 minutes away from there shop. Our truck broke down. They said it will take them 2 hours to get to us due to road conditions. Even if you’re driving 20 mph it doesn’t take 2 hours to drive 3 miles. They run a scheme and take advantage of trucking companies when ever there is a snow storm. One technician came out and was by our truck for 40 minutes. He was not able to do anything. They charged us $380 for having to come out 3 miles and pretending it takes 2 hours to get to the spot.
