We had Dallas Sunrise Maids come do a deep clean of our house this spring. They did an excellent and very thorough job for a very fair price. They were at our house for about seven hours. Every baseboard, surface, window, floor, fixture, appliance, piece of furniture was extremely clean when they were done. I was referred by a friend after I saw how well they cleaned her house. The team I had was super prompt, and left my house sparkling! I had them do a deep clean but I may bring them back to do monthly.
This is a scam and is an unsafe cleaning business, they charged me $42 for a clean, when the cleaner got there he got lost and was 2 hours late, he had his girlfriend with him and he told me I needed to pay him $75 I only had $39 and he made me send it to him, I felt so unsafe, a week and a half later he messaged me saying that I needed to send him the rest after they had already charged me $42 again and now the company won’t answer their phones but I keep getting charged $42. I still have the messages and everything
Great cleaning, missed a few details but came back to finish those a week later. Few items I wished got done but didn't and things didn't get put back where they were before the cleaning which was frustrating.
This review relates to a move out cleaning service we had in May 2024 I honestly cannot believe this cleaning was almost $500. Starting with the good, there was a decent job done on cleaning in general. They did do inside cabinets and drawers etc. If this were a general cleaning for $200 I'd understand, but it wasn't. We had to come back and vacuum and dust out a lot of corners, inside of some cabinets still had dust in there. The biggest issue I had was with inside of the oven and toaster oven.
