Amazing Care I am a single Mom and at one point I didn't have insurance. I had to have a procedure done and Dr Ligon worked with me about paying for it. I was allowed to make monthly payments. I really can't thank him enough for helping me out. It was a serious situation and I don't know what I would have done without their help!
The best! This is a very nice office. The staff is friendly and make you feel welcome. They are available to answer my questions, even if I call they are happy to help. It's always a good experience here.
Darn Good Dentist! I have been a patient of Dr. Ligon's for about six years now and every time I go in, I always leave with the same opinion of him: he's a top-notch professional. He is a great dentist, who is always on top of of his game. He creates a family atmosphere and that helps to relax me, when he is working on my teeth. 2 words describe my experience...1) OVERPRICED...and 2) POOR quality of work. Dr. Ligon does not make himself available nor are they attentive to your needs. If you are considering this place, please take my advice and think again. I had to switch dentists to get what happened at this office fixed. You want a dentist that has a passion for what he does, and this is not what I gathered from my experience. They are only in it for the money and it comes off in what they do. This office has always impressed me. Very professional. You never wait in the lobby for to be seated, procedures are explained in detail, and a dental emergency is worked in promptly! I could not wish for better care.
My first appointment for a check up and cleaning went fine. The receptionist, Leslie, was kind and professional. The hygienist gave me the best cleaning I think I have ever had. The dentist, doctor Ligon, seemed to be in a big hurry and not that friendly, but nothing way out of the ordinary. Dr. Ligon found 4 cavities and I scheduled a follow-up. Usually appointments run on time which is convenient. They are all very nice and it's always a good experience. Dr Ligon is a good dentist and takes his time to go over everything.
The work that Dr Ligon does is fantastic. He talks to you in a way that makes you feel comfortable. He really cares about you and what is going on in your life. I feel very comfortable going to my appointments.
I really enjoy the personal connections I get with the dentist. My appointments have run on time and the staff is always friendly. They are accommodating to my schedule.
