Reached out multiple times to set up an appt to have my shrubs trimmed. Couldn’t get anyone to reach back out. Scheduled online through the scheduling they provide two weeks ahead of when I was wanting service done and was left on “appointment approval” for 2 weeks with no answer. Finally got a response over Facebook messenger and then was left on read. Very unprofessional
Great quality of work at a really reasonable price. Owner came out and walked me through the whole process and communicated really good through everything.
