The skilled care unit where I was housed is terribly understaffed. Some of my orders were never even carried out ( leg wrapping for instance )! My medications were late and when the floor nurse said she would come back with them it simply didn't happen without at least one call every half hour until someone came in. Then the time was even longer since the person who came was not the nurse. Average wait time was about 2 hours. Great place. Nice people and good food. Very beautiful Assisted Living. My parents are living there.
I'm from much Michigan and I was real worried about the care he is getting there and I'm very satisfied with the care he is receiving. Makes me feel better going home knowing he is taken care of the facility is clean and the staff are caring people. I hate leaving him to go back home but I'm so glad I was able to see him and know he is well taken care of so thank you to all the staff .
I have worked at DRV for 21 years and met wonderful staff, residents, volunteers and families. What an honor to serve our Seniors and be proud of where I spend my days!
Great staff and residents. Very clean and well kept, high standard if care, peaceful environment. I'll be back for sure.
