I finally feel like I am getting my sanity back. Dr. Lapsiwala spent some time with me and really got to know me. For years I was treated by another nephrologist and I never had a sonogram done. The other doctor did very little to.help.me. After a recent hospital and nursing home stay for an antibiotic resistant infection I've found out I'm still infected. I decided to see Dr. Lapsiwala because I need a Doctor who cares and wants to.help.me. Dr. Lapsiwala has given me direction. I look forward to working with him.

Dr Lapsiwala is attentive, informed and listens. He offers feedback that I feel is delivered with empathy and understanding. He is candid about issues around the patient’s health and offers suggestions, not just another pill to help improve overall health. His nurse Alicia is friendly, caring, and accommodating.
I've been seeing Dr. Lapsiwala for 4 years and my kidneys have went from 49% function to 75%. He has done an excellent job helping me.
I have been coming to this office for about 2 or 3 years now regarding unexplained swelling in hands, feet, ankles, legs followed with pain or soreness, bruising, itchy skin,trouble sleeping & at time urinating to much or feel like i cant stop. This office has did nothing to figure out why or to rule out a possible issue with my kidneys. All they have done is do blood work, no ultrasound,no exams,no CT Scan & they failed to order the 24 hour urine sample & never followed up and sent wrong blood work results to my primary doc... read more
