was there with my mom last week her nurse was a blonde lady I believe named Valerie. She went out of her way to explain things to us and make mom comfortable. even when she seemed super busy she made time for us. I have to say even though the wait was long and mom got to go home this nurse made the process bearable and her kindness did not go unnoticed

I was a patent there 12/31/19 from the time I hit er pcu until I was discharge they save my life they were so great did there job I had flu a pneumonia in both lungs thank god drmc rate it a 5 star

We are in a first world country, this hospital gives third world countries like attention to the patients... please do not lose your time here. Baylor sunnyvale is close and has an amazing proffesional service

Today is sunday morning I am still in this hospital on Saturday m oring I did have and internal doctor who stop by She was very nice she tried to help but when it came to my heart question she couldn't talk to much on it . But the heart doctor who came by a,little after 7 p.m. she was very rude to she told me that she was going to stop some of my medicine which worried me because I had no Ideal of what med she had stop so again I was left asking questions what medicine I that she stop. Last Monday I was taken to Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite after suffering a concussion. My head was in severe pain, and I was extremely nauseous. Also, the right side of my face was so swollen that it was painful to speak. My experience at Dallas Regional was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was immediately taken to a room where a very kind nurse asked me questions, and gave me medicine for both the pain and the nausea. Please dont ever take your loved ones to this hospital and ESPECIALLY please dont work here!! I wish i could give it -5 stars instead. I worked as a contract nurse in their ICU and the things i saw was poor standard of care, but most importantly how they treat you as a staff especially as an outsider coming in is horrible. I was told by the ICU charge nurse after running around saving lives all day without even a pee break that i had no rights there and nor could i ever speak up bc i was an "outsider". My daughter was here this past weekend room and we were quickly seen . She came in for heart palpitations and dizziness. Just so happened her blood count was 6.6 and she had to have a Blood transfusion, I was very fearful because all th complications and immediately wanted to take her home. But the staff was very reassuring that although their is complications she would be monitored and they calmed me. The nurses were very professional and caring. THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOSPITAL. People please don't take your love ones to this hospital. We need to work together and make complaints to the hospital director. They humiliate you , and make you feel worse than how you came. Doctors Miss diagnose you. Please we need to work together . They say this hospital has changed, but I believe they have changed very lil just to cover an eye so it won't get shut down. They treat people like garbage. Please help , they need to hear this.

The staff was caring, understandable and just all pleasant. They really care about their patients and connect with them. They don't make their patients feel like they're just one more patient they have to take care of. Hospitals are normally stressful but the staff at Dallas Regional make it a bit less stressful. Thank you everyone for your dedication and your passion to your daily job.
