We have the Window tint Plotter. That's the Machine that Laser cuts out each window individually giving you the perfect cuts curves and corners on you window tint before it is applied on the Glass. Omar is a shyster and con man who's only mission in life is to separate you from your money while providing a substandard service. I initially went in to have my windows tinted. Omar said that they were booked solid that day, and offered to call another nearby shop who did get me in, but installed illegal tint on my driver and passenger side windows. Came in to Dallas Pro Audio & Tint and the owner Omar was very clear on my options for window tint and helped me decide which tint to use. He definately helped me out by giving me great tint service and excellent customer service while also not taking every dollar I have like other shops tried to do. BEWARE! Took my brand new BMW 328i Coupe to get tinted by Dallas Pro Audio and Tint. They performed such a poor job, there were huge bubbles around each corner of all 3 windows. They said to leave my car in the sun and the bubbles would go down on their own. This was NOT true! I then paid a SECOND time, with no complaints from me because I just wanted it done right... and they not only left the same unsightly bubbles, but hair and dust was also left between the glass and tint. SCAM! Not an authorized 3M installer! They broke the rain sensor in my BMW during installation! Omar tries to deny it even after a BMW dealer gave a written statement that it's broken from tint install. Will cost $800 to fix! First trip there took FOUR HOURS & the new guy scratched the tint on several windows! Had to go back Again to get it "fixed" and took another FIVE HOURS! My brand new 2015 Charger got a$160 3 inch razor cut on the paint, courtesy of Dallas Pro Audio and Tint. Omar, denied, denied, denied. Pathetic customer service. They were working 2 inches from where the cut in the paint is and it wasn't there before going there. There was a couple arguing with him about paint scratches on there car as well.
