They say that 50% of doctors graduate in the bottom half of their class. Well, here is where they end up! Two hours I waited. I was the first person in, and none followed. Seriously how can this place operate this way and keep the doors open??? I'm sure they'll soon succumb to their own self-inflicted wounds... Unprofessional and they don’t take customers call seriously for appointments.
Not impressed. Very disorganized with scheduling and billing. The mid-level provider misdiagnosed our skin condition that is unfortunately contagious. They left me a voicemail and text message reminding me that my other appointment would be in Mckinney. Drove there first thing in the morning, hungry because I was supposed to get labs done, and the location is closed for renovations. Would have appreciated a heads up!
