My representative, Brett, has shown me stellar customer service since he became my rep. Once I had a small billing issue, and I sent him an e-mail on Sunday morning about it. I had a response back in less than 5 minutes! The issue was resolved promptly on Monday when the office reopened. That's good old fashioned customer service in my book!
