Sam Store & Move - Dallas Storage & Moving Containers deserves 5 stars! They were very responsive and affordable, and the container arrived clean and ready to use. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing storage or moving solutions. Just a heads up—check local ordinances, as some cities limit the days a container can stay on a residential lot and may require a permit -- learned the hard way.
Amazing customer service from finding out about container sizes and prices to scheduling. Everything can be done online but just as easily talk to Steve and get your container needs met. Prices were cheaper than other competitors. Customer service is quick and efficient. You are able to contact Steve via email or phone and get answers quickly. Would recommend to anyone.
Very easy to work with so far!
I rented a moving/storage container from Sam Store and Move, everything went smoothly from delivery to drop off. I was concerned about the tilting of the container when loading onto a flatbed when they picked it up to move to my new address thinking everything would shift inside but nothing moved. Maybe my packing had something to do with it but also the driver who picked it up was a factor and had plenty of experience gently loading the container. I would definitely use them again for future local moving needs.
