Let me say that the 24-48hr reach out after putting an inquiry in is a lie. I put in an inquiry Jan 7th didn’t hear anything. Decided to call on the 10th and the lady explained to me that my rep would reach out in 24-48hrs and then I told her that it’s already been more than that. She put me on hold and the said my rep was busy in a meeting which should end in about 20-30 mins so she will call me after.
