Rented multiple event grills for a corporate event. At first there were some hiccups with miscommunication between what we were expecting to what we got (so would recommend measurements and picture just to make sure you get what you want). Regardless of the hiccups, Amanda, the representative I worked with and her entire helped me out immediately to get it remedied. For their willingness to address the situation, how quickly they did, and in general, the professional manner they dealt with it - 5/5 stars for me!
Don’t do it. Just save yourself the heartache and don’t do it. I ordered tables and chairs from this company for October 7 delivery. And I had to proactively call about the status of those items after they were supposed to be delivered. It was extremely difficult to reach someone. I was told they would call me back and I had to proactively reach out and follow up over and over after. Excellent service on bounce house rental. Have used them twice. Prompt, courteous delivery and pick up.
I rented a bounce house for my son's birthday and it was never delivered. Dallas Party Rentals will not respond to my emails or calls and has effectively stolen my money.
This company is trash and managed/owned buy dishonest and unethical people with a habit of taking money from customers but not delivering and then ceasing communication. We will put a stop to it. Stay tuned!
