Sitting outside their location door locked, I wanted to see the actual Product to rent, so I called them, and was told no one could show me anything, just look at photos, mentioned I wanted to see it in person? Still sitting at the location And who comes out of the establishment, but one of the staff that drive company truck. These people are serious about wanting my business or yours, that’s my experience without even going into the warehouse👎👎👎👎

While I was initially very concerned when the 10x10 tents were improperly set up and began to collapse, the team eventually returned to resolve the situation. It took about 1–2 hours for them to replace the faulty equipment with two 10x20 tents and provide a functioning light appliance. Although the experience was stressful due to the initial equipment failures and broken safety latches, I am glad that they ultimately took the necessary steps to rectify the issues. I called them for a last minute request and the ladybwho answered the phone was so sweet and helpful. They delivered tables the next day and was early. Arthur was very nice, responsive, and professional. I will definitely be using them again.

Not a serious company. Cannot be relied upon. Bounce house didn’t show up at scheduled time so my wife had to call and call and call. They finally answered and the bounce house showed up at the end of the bday party. We told them we didn’t want the tables and chairs anymore since the party was over. He said they’d come get the bounce house the next day and that they were only going to charge half for being late. Then the woman called my wife and tried to renegotiate the half price offer. Rented multiple event grills for a corporate event. At first there were some hiccups with miscommunication between what we were expecting to what we got (so would recommend measurements and picture just to make sure you get what you want). Regardless of the hiccups, Amanda, the representative I worked with and her entire helped me out immediately to get it remedied. For their willingness to address the situation, how quickly they did, and in general, the professional manner they dealt with it - 5/5 stars for me!
