Quick and efficient but the doctor felt apathetic and it felt as though there was little care in the reason I was there. I came hopeful for a solution for chronic pain that I've had for over 7 months and left with what felt like "here's a bandaid". I was waiting for 20 minutes in my room yet it took less than 5 for the doctor to be done. Just a bit disappointed considering it was an out of pocket expense. The x-ray tech was kind and efficient and the person who talked to me before the doctor was as well.

Wait time is usually short. Caring physicians/staff. I wish they would hire a FNP or a female PA.

Thank you so much to DALLAS ORTHOPEDIC AND SHOULDER INSTITUTE IN SUNNYVALE thank you so much to DR JEFF ZHAO and all his stuff,this place is amazing,.thank you so much to MR RYAN AND MS LEXI at the therapy motion center ,.am so lucky and blessed that i choose this place to have my shoulder surgery and do therapy.

I’ve gone here since 2013 when I broke my wrist. Dr Zhao was great then 2015 he repaired my Femur from a fall then I had knee replacement with Dr Bartz and I walk again then Dr Rushing gave me a shot for ankle and pain relief is gone and now Dr Zhao gives me shots for arthritis in elbows and shoulder. He’s wonderful plus the whole staff is amazing. ❤️

I have been trying to get someone to address my foot pain since May 7. I was going somewhere else & it was very difficult getting follow-up appointments. I decided to seek help with Dr. Rushing, instead. He was able to address the issue and relieve my pain on the first appointment. He made a timely follow-up appointment. If you have foot pain, please don't wait. I really wish I had changed physicians before (possibly) irreversible damage was done.
