These people actually think I'm paying for a no show when there's two shoulder places in Kaufman they didn't make me aware of. Now they turned me in to a collection company. This shows how earusudsoble they are and have no respect whatsoever to the elderly. Or ther patients they first said it was okay now the real truth unbelievable completely ridiculous. Great customer service! My father Raymundo is happy with the amazing service he’s receiving.
The customer service here is absolutely terrible. You can’t directly reach your surgeon or local office for any concerns. No matter which prompt you select, you’re transferred to a representative named Christine, who claims to be the scheduling line rep. She supposedly sends messages to the local office on your behalf, but when you arrive for check-in, they claim they never received anything and then treat you rudely.
